Anyways I am not insulting your arts (I have no attention for saying peoples art is terrible)
It is cute and beautiful alright : D.I suggested you to make the arms slightly longer.Also make the outline all for the neck so people can see what head shape it is.I suggest you to put some shade on the skin and hair.Don't forgot to out highlights.Also you might as well need to put some strands of hair in the bottom of the hair.The legs need to be a bit more straight,Since it seems a bit odd .
Over all I am studying you a bit so I know you are still improving so good luck with your arts~
